Cogent, Inc. grows in the Rocky Mountain Region
with addition of former isiWest Team.

Golden, CO, January 9, 2023 – Cogent Inc. announced today that it has added the former isiWest Team as the newest employee owners at Cogent. With these new Employee Owners, Cogent is growing their products, capabilities, and service offerings to best serve the municipal water and wastewater market in the Rocky Mountain Region.

This strategic move combines two experienced and successful equipment sales and service providers to create a highly talented team, under the direction of Frank Henderson and Sean Helmer, to serve the Rocky Mountain Region. Cogent is committed to investing in innovation and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of their customers in an ever-changing industry and will continue to provide exceptional support and service to the municipal customers in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, New Mexico, and Idaho.
