FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are always looking for the best Service Technicians who excel at service, repair, troubleshooting and installation of rotating equipment. Cogent provides ongoing training and support to our technicians.

APPLICATION ENGINEER

Our degreed engineers work closely with salespeople to determine strategic approaches for sales; provide technical assistance, pricing strategy, competitive review, installation and service information. Given the variety of the industries we serve, our engineers are our lifeline for exceeding industry standards.

MACHINIST

We look for manual machinists that consider their work a craft in the repair of rotating equipment. Our machinists also know how to install, service and maintain all types of electro-mechanical equipment. All 12 of our advanced service centers train together to provide optimal solutions.

SALES

Cogent’s sales teams sell products and solutions to customers within a defined established territory. We look for individuals with strong technical, communication and decision-making skills who possess a burning desire to win!
